Ledbetter Electric was founded in June 2014 by Shaune and Tiffany Ledbetter with a dream of creating more than just an electrical company. They wanted to build a business where employees would be valued, encouraged, and cared for, a place where people could provide for their families, grow both personally and professionally, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. Starting in a small shop behind their home, Shaune was the company's only employee, working full-time for another electrical contractor while building Ledbetter Electric during every spare moment until the business could support their family. That same purpose remains at the heart of everything we do: serving our customers with excellence while building a company that puts people first.
